China Melts Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers must contact China Melts before sending an item back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used candles, wax melts, car fresheners, massage/body candles, and other used or opened products are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing the issue, China Melts may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrives damaged or defective.

Sale, clearance, promotional, and specially discounted items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly by China Melts.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product or fragrance, please contact us regarding your order. An approved return may be eligible for store credit toward a new purchase.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
